The Service reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content in its sole discretion.
Books generated by users through the Service ("Generated Content") are owned by the user who initiated the generation. However, by generating content, you grant Book Grove a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content in connection with the Service.
Books created by "Crescent" are the property of Book Grove and are provided for your personal, non-commercial use within the Service.
The name "Crescent" is our author name for a multitude of AI models that complete the stories and write them out for users.
You agree not to use the Service to generate content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. Violation of these terms may result in the termination of your account and a ban from the Service.
The Service uses a "token" system for content generation. During the current production phase, tokens have no real-world monetary value and are provided for use within the Service only. This policy is subject to change. We reserve the right to change the number of tokens required for any action at any time.
The Service is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. In no event shall Book Grove or its affiliates be liable for any damages whatsoever.
